NAYEN 2027: Welcome to Quebec City!
The Annual NAYEN Conference is a wonderful opportunity to share Rotary Youth Exchange with Rotarians across North America & around the world in beautiful Quebec City, Canada .
The Conference features speakers, sessions, and exhibitors all geared towards enhancing Rotary Youth Exchange worldwide. We will have tools to facilitate networking with global RYE contacts.

Registration will close March 15, 2027. Any registrations after March 15th must be made on site & will be charged additional late fees for on site registration.
Cancellation
All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee to cover fees related to returned payments. on top of % of refund. Please note there are no exception to the cancelation policy. You may transfer to another paerson.

- 60 or greater days notice, 100%
- 45-60 days notice 75%
- 30-45 days notice 50%
- 14- 30 days notice, 25%
- 0-14 days notice, 0%
